Partnership to Offer ZL Enterprise and Law Firm Clients Additional Options for Electronic Litigation Support services
SAN JOSE, CA – Sep. 2, 2013 ZL Technologies, Inc., the leader in unstructured data governance and end-to-end eDiscovery management for large organizations, today announced that electronic litigation support provider e-Stet will join the ZL eDiscovery Partner Network. The partnership, rooted in trained expertise with the Unified Archive® (ZL UA) environment, will provide ZL customers with expanded options for outside consultation during the eDiscovery process.
The costs and risks of litigation have reached unprecedented heights as a result of explosive growth in electronically-stored information (ESI), as well as the broadening scope of discoverable data in litigation. Even with growing pressure to cut eDiscovery costs by managing these processes internally, many in-house legal teams continue to look to litigation support providers for help navigating eDiscovery’s complexities.
e-Stet brings experience with implementing comprehensive solutions to streamline eDiscovery and deliver results. Their broad understanding of the eDiscovery process, along with their ZL-certified proficiency in using the Unified Archive® environment, will give organizations that currently deploy ZL UA the option to utilize e-Stet’s support services. e-Stet’s experience with creating customized eDiscovery workflows, along with their expertise and knowledge of the ZL product, will allow them to aid ZL’s clients in formulating the optimal approach to their eDiscovery needs.
Large enterprises with complex data environments turn to ZL Unified Archive® to take control of their information. ZL UA provides a scalable, single-platform approach to management of escalating data volumes. Companies with ZL deployments are able to avoid perilous, sluggish exports of data into eDiscovery point solutions; they can instead leverage ZL’s unified platform to perform end-to-end eDiscovery, from information management to production. The unified approach does away with unwieldy duplicate data and enables virtually instantaneous global search across the entire enterprise data universe. This ensures that counsel do not encounter any unfortunate surprises buried in enterprise data during the course of litigation. ZL UA also assures unassailable defensibility through complete chain of custody and one-click legal holds that freeze documents in their lifecycle.
“Our eDiscovery partner network gives ZL customers the option of consulting with trusted advisors to fully leverage ZL UA’s functionalities and tackle the complexities of modern litigation,” said Kon Leong, CEO of ZL Technologies. “e-Stet is a valuable addition to our growing stable of ZL Unified Archive-certified eDiscovery service providers.”
